Free space laser diode with collimated beam or focused beam is now
available. We
offer both TO-56 or TO-9 package laser diode with collimated beam as
output or focused beam as output. With our advanced laser diode
package technology, high power and low power laser diode with
collimated free space beam will be obtained for different
applications.
One advantage of our free space
collimated beam laser diode is that the output beam size can be
adjustable.
Free space laser diodes can
be used as stand alone or OEM components for many applications like
instrumentation, biomedical, sensor, chemical and other industries.
