Phase Mask Inventory
Most phase masks in our inventory are optimized for 248 nm UV laser writing unless it is specified for 193 nm UV lasers. We now also have some phase masks optimized for 193 nm UV lasers in our inventory. Please visit our phase mask inventory regularly. If you did not find the phase mask you are looking for, please contact us and we will make a customized phase mask within a short period of time.
